Easter is a time to spend away from the pressures of work, eating chocolate, roasts with all the trimming, drinking a little wine (for medicinal purposes only) and chilling out with the family… Well, that is the theory

This weekend we have taken the opportunity to refresh the site, add in a few ‘new’ offers and revise our own business plan, as well as working on projects for A1 Business Forum members.

April is looking to be a busy month and spending this weekend clearing projects about to hit deadlines will put us in a great place and enable us to turn around your enquiries in an efficient manner.

Recently I have got back into the gym, but quickly got bored of watching the soaps (whatever happened to MTV at the gym?)

I have downloaded several business and recreational podcasts to bop along to and now work out all of the main muscle groups instead of missing out the grey matter .

Podcast Alley and iTunes have an abundance of podcasts to download, mostly free too so rather than getting a flat wallet you’ll get flat abs…

The only drawback is they don’t have a waterproof ipod so that I can swim and listen at the same time.
